Consider becoming a 'Friend of the White House'.

As a Friend you will be actively supporting the research and promotional work done by the White House Preservation Trust your support will help us to:-

• Ensure that Newtownabbey’s Oldest building is preserved for future generations.
• Provide staff and maintain the White House, when it is restored.
• Develop our educational programme to promote exhibitions, lectures, videos and publications.
• Support the development of touring exhibitions at the White House.
• Add to and develop our archives of photographs, documents and artefacts
• Support special projects and purchase acquisitions for the exhibition that would otherwise be lost.

As a Friend you will receive.

• A membership card or certificate.
• An invite to preview the White House before General Public get to view the restored building.
• Advanced information updates as the restoration takes place and after the building is opened including any events.
• Have the opportunity to participate in Friends social activities such as the Annual BBQ, Wine and Cheese evenings, Exhibition Previews and other events which you as a friend would like to see happen.
• Free Admission to the White House following restoration.
• Organised lectures and video/slide presentations.
• Field trips to area’s of local interest.
• Given opportunities to support the work of the Trust by volunteering or fundraising.
• Free Tea and Coffee on visits to the White House.

  Presidential Members: £100

  • Will be recognised as a key supporter of the project.  Their name will be contained on a Presidential Board in the restored White House.
  • Where possible there name will be listed in Trust Publications
  • Will Receive an invite to the opening celebrations.
  • Discount on the use of the refurbished White House for private functions
  • Be given a Presidential Number i.e. 10^th President of the White House, Newtownabbey.
  • Invites to Preservation Trust Events.
  • Up to 50% discount on the Genealogy service of the Trust.
  • Will be listed on our web site as have supported the restoration of this very important part of the Built Heritage in Northern Ireland.

  Senate Members: £50

  • Will be recognised as a supporter of the project.  Their name will be contained on a Senate Board in the restored White House.
  • Where possible there name will be listed in Trust Publications
  • May Receive an invite to the opening celebrations.

  • Invites to Preservation Trust Events.
  • Up to 25% discount on the Genealogy service of the Trust.

   Congress Members: £25 

  • Will be recognised as a supporter of the project.  Their name will be contained on a Congress Board in the restored White House.
  • Discount on the use of the refurbished White House for private functions.
  • Up to 10% discount on the Genealogy service of the Trust.
  • Invites to Preservation Trust Events.
